On April 24, 2019, director Tao Chuanlong, assistant director Qian Sijie and project manager Su Chunhao of Investment Promotion Bureau of Changshu high tech Zone of Jiangsu Province visited 811 Institute to investigate the fuel cell project. Wang Dong, deputy director of 811 Institute and fuel cell division attended the meeting.
Director Tao Chuanlong and his party visited Yugao high speed line and 811 product exhibition halls. At the meeting, Minister Wang Tao introduced the situation of 811 Institute, the industry foundation of fuel cell division, product development route, pilot line construction and development plan, etc. The two sides had a detailed exchange and communication on the development status and future planning of fuel cell industrialization. The two sides expressed their intention on the development of fuel cell industrialization project in Changshu high tech Zone, and will continue to communicate with each other on related issues in the future.
The leading industries in Changshu hi tech Zone are automobile and its core parts, high-end intelligent equipment manufacturing, artificial intelligence, high-end electronic information and high-tech service industry. At present, more than 400 projects in more than 20 countries and regions have been settled in the region, including more than 20 top 500 enterprises in the world, such as Toyota, Hitachi, Mitsubishi Electric and AVIC.
