Job information:
1. Responsible for the structural design and process of the stack system, development and testing of new technical solutions;
2. Responsible for bipolar plate design and technology; responsible for MEA design and technology;
3. Responsible for stack sealing system design (waterproof and dustproof), insulation, vibration resistance and other physical performance design and verification; responsible for technical communication with material suppliers, component suppliers, etc. to achieve optimized design.
4. Organize the design review at different stages of the product, be responsible for the inspection and acceptance of prototypes in the development stage, participate in the on-site support and inspection and acceptance of different stages of car building, and be responsible for the resolution and closure of technical problems.
5. Participate in the preparation of relevant technical conditions, standards and specifications for fuel cell stacks. Participate in market research, bid comparison and competitive product analysis, and establish a fuel cell stack database.
Qualification requirements:
1. Graduate degree or above; majors in materials engineering, chemistry, chemical engineering, fuel cell, electrochemistry, etc.;
2. Familiar with the development and manufacturing process of MEA or graphite or metal bipolar plate or catalyst;
3. Master the design and development process of fuel cell stacks;
4. Master the formulation and realization of the development requirements of each key performance index;
5. Master the test and verification specifications and content of the fuel cell stack development subsystem;
6. Ability to apply relevant development and design tools proficiently;
7. Overseas experience is preferred.
